30/4 Berlin, Germany

I woke up at 0630 as I did not pack anything for the trip. Luckily the clothes were dried up already so that I could wear them again. And then I went to prepare my sandwiches for the breakfast to be eaten on the 9-hour bus. I fried some bacon and put the Bacon and cheese on the breads. I made 4 sandwiches. Santi woke up and I said goodbye to him.

I went to busbahnhof to take meinferbus at 0850 to Berlin!!!!!! The travel time was supposed to be 8 hours but it turned out 9hours, which my ass feel very tired!!! It was really bad to sit on the seat for 9hours. It arrived at 1815. I then went to U-bahn station. Again, I did not buy any train ticket in Berlin. I observed the car that each car only had 2 doors, which I could easily see if any ticket officer came in. There were around 7 stations to the hostel and luckily no one checked.

My friend from Copenhagen already arrived at the hostel and he called me with the phone from the receptions, which took me by surprise as I did not expect someone would call me. At 1915, I arrived at check-in hostel. Finally I saw fatkwan. We knew each other since HkCC. So happy we saw each other and gonna spend time in Berlin!!!

We checked in. The hostel was very good. They have kitchens and the wifi was fine. We chatted a lot at the hostel about our life in our countries. We then went to Lidl which was very near the hostel. He was really surprised by how cheap things in Germany were ad things in Denmark were quite expensive. We bought pasta, sausages, cream, cheese and some snacks and cokes for dinner. I would be gonna cook for him tonight as Germany was my home country hahahhhh. He was really surprised by the total price of the food we bought.

We then cooked at the hostel and we chatted a lot during we cooked. He was really impressed by the food I made as he seldom ate pasta with cream and cheese and Bacon there as they were expensive there. We then sat in the common area and had meal there. We chatted a lot again and talked about our stuff in hk. We then discussed what to visit for tomorrow.
We then took shower there and went to sleep.
