14/03 Prague, Czech Republic

We went to busbahnhof to take the DB bus to Prague. We got up at 0545.. quite early to take the bus at 0737. The DB bus is much better than meinferbus, the seat is more spacious, more comfortable and plugs to charge my phone. The staff also came to collect rubbish from us. The jouney is was hours.  The bus went to Nuremburg first and then to Prague. I just listened musics on the bus and chatted with others. Didn't sleep much. When crossed the border, no internet anymore. In Prague, every inch of land is beautiful. Every building is a piece of art and architecture. Some buildings have some special paintings on their walls. The trams are quite different. Some are vintage some are modern but I really like the vintage one. Very old-school but still working. After we got off the bus, we were kinda lost becuz we didn't know where we were and our phone could not connect to the internet. But we chose to go change money first but the rate is quite high and need to pay commission. We decide to change it in the city centre. We finally relied on the offline map to get the direction to our hostel. The staff there were very nice. We checked in and got upstair to our room on the toppest floor.. The room was fine. Afterthat, we went to have some sightseeing. We took the tram withous buying any tickets. Actually is was totally fine cuz they wont checked our tickets. We went to the city centre and change money first. We each got 1000 Czk. We handed towards the national museum first but it was being renovated...

We took "jump" pictures there. And we walked to the national threater. On our way, we saw quite a lot of street performance like singing. I really hope hk can be like that. And I found I kinda not like walking in prague becuz the footpath was made of different sizes and shapes of "stones", my ankles felt tired easily.

We bought a tredlnik there, which was famous and was a sweat bread with sugar on it. It is baked by carbons. We ate it while we walked to the national threater.

We bought a ballet called Americana III costed 145Czk =€7 (50% student discount) I really felt grateful to be a student ! The ballet started at 0700 at State Opera. People there were quite well-dressed. LOL. We just wore Jeans and sneakers. But we all wore Shirts and sweater. Again, we sat on peak seat. At the ballet, there was orchestra and 3 sets of dancings. The first one was amazing. The movement of their legs really surprised me. The second one I slept a bit cuz I really sleepy. The last one was interesting. It mixed ballet with drama. Some parts were interesting. In gerenal,  it was worth it. The show ended at 2100 and we walked back to hostel. We played some pingpong and went to sleep.
